Email delivery: Resend, Inc. acts as processor for transactional email.

Form anti-abuse protection: Cloudflare (Turnstile) verifies that submissions are made by a person; it may process the IP address for that purpose in accordance with its policy.

Data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes, nor transferred internationally outside the applicable legal frameworks.

Enquiries are kept for the time necessary to handle them and, where applicable, to process derived actions and address legal liabilities.
